Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping, but we are always looking to improve our services.


2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Contact us at dealsurfshop123@gmail.com for return instructions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
